Criminal Law
Criminal law has always been a bedrock of chambers' work with members undertaking cases from the Magistrates Court to the Court of Criminal Appeal and House of Lords.
There is particular expertise in the fields of: homicide and serious offences of violence; commercial fraud; drug importation and trafficking; child abuse and other grave sexual offences; and judicial review.
Work is undertaken for both the prosecution and the defence, and members appear in Courts-Martials both in the UK and abroad. Chambers prides itself on providing a comprehensive but personalised service and seeks to cater for the particular needs of the individual professional or lay client.
Individual members have both written and lectured on a wide variety of crime related topics, more recently on the impact of the Human Rights Act.
