- Asset Recovery including involvement in some of the leading cases in this developing area. Our counsel have been involved in mediations leading to the settlement of some of the largest civil recovery claims yet.
- Commercial & Civil including insolvency; commercial contracts; trusts; estates, wills and probates; company law; employment & restrictive covenants and personal injury (claimant and defendant). Members of chambers appear in arbitrations and mediations involving high value commercial disputes.
- Criminal including leading and/or junior briefs in murder, drug importation and fraud matters. We also specialise in defending cases for private clients who are prosecuted for driving offences.
- Family including adoption, ancillary relief, care proceedings, child abduction, private law proceedings, injunctions and wardship proceedings.
- Property both commercial and residential including housing, mortages, landlord and tenant, leasehold enfranchisement, dilapidations, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, building disputes, professional negligence.
