Property
A dispute over possession of a west end nightclub; whether occupiers held a business lease or licence. Emergency injunction obtained to allow the nightclub to continue trading from premises.
Challenge before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal on behalf of 7 long leaseholders against a local authority’s levy of service charge for replacement of the whole roof when only patch repair was necessary.
Challenge to the terms of a tenancy agreement which prohibited any set off against rent under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations.
Damages under the Protection from Harassment Act in a claim for possession and Anti-social behaviour injunctions by a housing association and one of their tenants.
