Marc has over twenty years experience of advising on and conducting cases in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal specialising in all aspects of discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal claims acting largely for corporate respondents.
Sometime part-time chairman of a London employment tribunal and a member of ELAAS (an organisation which provides free representation to respondents in the Employment Appeal Tribunal)
Marc also accepts instructions in commercial and contractual disputes.
An experienced lecturer, Marc is also the author of several articles on employment law matters which are downloadable from our "Seminars and Training" page.
