Rachael is a specialist family law practitioner who undertakes instructions across the range of family law cases but who has a particular interest in and experience of public law children act proceedings and, as such, Rachael is regularly instructed to undertake care cases, mainly on behalf of Respondents or Guardian ad Litems. She has also been instructed by the Official Solicitor in both Private and Public law proceedings.
