Tom has been a tenant in chambers since completing pupillage and practises in criminal law and personal injury litigation.
He has an extensive criminal law practice featuring appearances in the Crown Court, Courts-Martial and Court of Criminal Appeal with experience of trials with charges of serious violence,arson, firearms and conspiracy to supply drugs. Was junior counsel in a £4million multi-handed motor-cycle ringing case in Winchester Crown Court and
has is an experienced Courts-Martial advocate.
Tom took the case of R v Beck [2003] EWCA 2198 to the Court of Appeal (restraing orders).
Tom also undertakes personal injury claims (claimant or defendant).
