Renata is a highly experienced advocate whose practice encompasses both crime and family work. A fluent Polish speaker, she is actively involved in the development of the Chambers Polish Client Services initiative. Renata is on the Polish Consulate's list of approved Counsel and regularly represents Polish nationals throughout England and Wales.

Renata is regularly in the Crown Court dealing with serious cases of violent crime,  sexual offences and fraud. She defends professionals accused of professional misconduct and has a particular expertise in defending nurses and midwives and other medical professionals and teachers accused of regulatory offences.

Renata has a well established family practice where she represents parents, grandparents and other family members in care proceedings. She is known for her experience in care proceedings where immigration issues arise and where foreign placements are under consideration. In addition to her work in the public law arena, she also appears in private family cases, including those where there are serious allegations of domestic violence and where fact-finding may be an issue.  

Renata has appeared in the High Court in cases of international child abduction, including Hague and non Hague cases.  

Renata is an approachable, highly skilled professional  who is regularly the advocate of choice in a range of cases requiring experience and dedication.
