Conor has extensive experience of property disputes for his level of call. He has acted in relation to:

  • Enforcement proceedings involving an orders for sale;
  • TOLATA and possession proceedings;
  • Leasehold disputes;
  • Securing an injunctions pending claims for relief from forfeiture.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Conor spent two years working with a leading insurance law firm. Conor gained experience working across regulatory, employment, leisure, travel, and public sector teams, and was a contributor to Bingham & Berrymans Personal Injury and Motor Claims Cases (13th edition). Since qualifying, Conor has continued to build on his experience and enjoys representing claimants and defendants, both in court and by way of advice.

Arbitration & Mediation

Arbitration & Mediation

Conor enjoyed his first foray into arbitration as a student when he represented his law school at the annual William C. Vis moot in Vienna in a case involving a dispute on the international sale of goods. Since then he has developed a busy practice in arbitration and mediation. Recent work includes:

  • Representing a luxury sports car dealership in relation to a dispute under the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
  • Representing a high-earning professional in a claim for loss of earnings;
  • Advising in relation to breach of a contract for the international supply of food products.

  • Advising in relation to cross-border insolvency proceedings in Madrid and London
  • Acting in a professional negligence claim in which it was alleged that a commercial lease had been negligently drafted

  • Securing an injunction pending a claim for relief from forfeiture
