The Lawyer's Daily to publish International Arbitration article by The Honourable Barry Leon

The article, to be published in 4 parts, is entitled 'International arbitration gets innovative: Cross-border insolvencies'. The first part was published on 28 October 2019. 

The second part, to be published soon, will discuss privacy and confidentiality, and the limited avenues for review or appeal the outcome of an arbitration. 

The Honourable Barry Leon is an independent arbitrator and mediator with Arbitration Place, Arbitrators@33BedfordRow (London) and Caribbean Arbitrators. He was presiding judge of BVI’s Commercial Court (2015-2018) and chair of ICC Canada’s Arbitration Committee.
