On Thursday 20 February 2020 members of chambers presented MOCK TRIAL 2020 in association with The London Young Lawyers Group. The LYLG connects law students, trainees and qualified solicitors up to 7 years PQE.
Pinsent Masons kindly hosted the event, where over 100 solictors and trainees attended.
The case looked at misrepresentation and tortious interference in contract and highlighted relevant procedures as well as giving useful hints and tips, which will be relevant to many practitioners.
The mock trial was run by barristers Alex Adamou, Elizabeth Fisher, Ylenia Rosso with Kevin Leigh acting as judge and Keeley Lengthorn from MW Solicitors and Its a Lawyers Life acting as a witness.
