Arbitrators@33BedfordRow members Susan Ahern and Arran Dowling-Hussey have written for the latest edition of the MENA Business Law Review. The article, entitled 'The Unforgiveable Error', appeared in the Features Section of the Lexis Nexis MENA Business Law Review 2020 2nd Quarterly Edition.
Members of chambers have in recent years been regular contributors to this quarterly journal, dedicated to Business Law in the Middle East & North Africa (mainly published in English, with some French and Arabic). Dermot Flanagan S.C and Dr. Tariq Mahmood also recently wrote for this journal.
