MENA Business Law Review will be publishing later this year, an article entitled 'Effective management of construction and infrastructure disputes', written by 33 Bedford Row's Dermot Flanagan S.C and Arran Dowling-Hussey. The upcoming article comes after Dermot Flanagan S.C and Arran Dowling-Hussey spoke on the same topics as panellists at the Dubai International Financial Centre's Academy of Law at the end of last year.
