This webinar will deal with the topic of ‘Virtual Hearings in Arbitration’. The panel will explore and discuss (1) international protocols and guidelines for effective and secure virtual hearings, (2) a range of practical issues that arise for arbitration counsel and arbitrators, and (3) cutting-edge ways to be as effective as possible in virtual hearings, whether as counsel, arbitrator or expert witness. There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the panel including on their experiences with virtual hearings during the COVID-19 pandemic and on the emerging future for virtual and hybrid hearings.

The webinar is free to attend. It will be held at 18:00 on the 24th June 2021 British Summer Time. There will be presentations by and discussion among the speakers, followed by about 20 minutes for Q&A.
