High Court grants injunction on an unlawful detention case.
Mr Baldip Singh Aulak successfully represents Claimant in the High Court before a deputy High Court Judge, seeking an urgent injunction restraining the Secretary of State removing the Claimant from the United Kingdom pending Judicial Review. Challenges were made to the fresh claim, certification of the human rights case and to primary legislation (section 7 of the Immigration Act 2014).
