On 26 June 2019, Philip Williams and John Asaad secured a resounding victory in a planning case in the High Court. The case concerned complex issues regarding the Gypsy and Traveller community, bund sizes and the propriety of injuncting “persons unknown”.
After opening submissions and heavy cross-examination on the second day of a 3-day trial, the other side agreed that the injunction should be removed forthwith and the matter proceed through the normal planning procedure.
