Introduction

Dudley is a highly sought after advocate for both the prosecution and defence for serious and complex criminal cases. His practice covers all criminal and regulatory law matters and he is qualified to accept instructions on a Direct Access basis.

He is frequently instructed to prosecute on behalf of the CPS, central and local government, the Metropolitan Police Service, National Probation Service, the Home Office, the National Crime Agency and private industry regulators. 

Dudley is also regarded as a specialist in dealing with all manner of motoring offences, from cases concerning fixed penalty notices for worn tires, to causing death by dangerous driving. He has developed an enviable client base and reputation amongst his instructing solicitors with regards to exceptional harship arguments under the 'totting provisions' and defending complex cases of drink driving/drug driving.
