Introduction

Mohammed has been a tenant at 33 Bedford Row since July 2019. His previous experiences also include having carried out pro-bono work for the National Centre for Domestic Violence. 

Mohammed has a multidisciplinary practice including crime, civil and family law.

His civil practice is varied having successfully represented clients in Personal Injury, RTA, Housing and Local Authority matters in the County Courts.

Mohammed’s empathetic approach extends to his successful family law practice, where he handles a diverse range of family law cases. He is particularly known for his exceptional client care skills. His exceptional level of representation has garnered widespread acclaim. Mohammed is available for direct-access instructions and has developed a strong client following in road traffic and driving matters, thanks to his numerous success stories, including representation of high-profile individuals.

Mohammed is a highly regarded and accomplished advocate who has earned recognition from opponents and solicitors alike. Known for his effectiveness and quick grasp of legal matters, Mohammed has consistently achieved remarkable results, including securing acquittals and convincing the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to discontinue cases.

Mohammed represented a high-profile offender in a prison law matter and was successful in a complex and difficult parole board hearing. He is regularly led by senior members of the bar in complex cases ranging from conspiracy to supply drugs to firearms, he has recently secured a successful submission of no case to answer in a multi-handed conspiracy to kidnap trial in Harrow Crown Court. 

His reputation is such that he is frequently requested by name when solicitors require representation for clients. Solicitors describe him as intelligent, logical, and a pleasure to work with.

He is currently engaged in Snaresbrook Crown Court, defending his client involved in a £54million money laundering conspiracy.
