Robin Buchanan-Morgan

Introduction

Robin specialises in Crime; specialising in fraud, violent crime, serious road traffic & motoring, and drugs offences.

Robin is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales in 2015. He read Geography at the University of St Andrews. Robin completed the GDL and BPTC at The University of Law, Bloomsbury.

Robin is currently on secondment to the CPS Proceeds of Crime department.  Robin was a Senior Crown Prosecutor at the CPS in Reading and before that held a busy defence and prosecution practice in London and the Home Counties. Robin has acted for multiple train operating companies (TOCs) and will provide pre-charge advice to enable a prompt and effective investigation and case progression.

Robin has an interest in railways and has an unrivalled knowledge of the UK rail network, which has been invaluable in dealing with railway cases, whether defending or prosecuting.
