As important as the service we provide is the way we provide it. Our staff provide administrative support to counsel and act as a conduit between them and our clients and we pride ourselves on the professional yet relaxed and approachable service we provide. If you have any questions about the services we provide, individual members of chambers or to see if we can assist with your individual case requirements our staff will be pleased to discuss this with you.
We have put together a downloadable Client Information Sheet which sets out our terms of business and informs new and current clients what they can expect when they instruct 33 Bedford Row.
All counsel and staff have individual telephone lines, voicemail and e-mail facilities.
Michael Lieberman - Practice Manager
Michael has worked at 33 Bedford Row (and at 3 Grays Inn Square before our move in 1993) for almost twenty years and therefore offers in-depth knowledge of chambers and individual members' practices. His key accountabilities encompass marketing & strategy and enhancing client relationships. He has overrall responsibility to ensure the efficient provision of all chambers' legal services. Michael is a member of the Legal Practice Managers Association and Institute of Barrister's Clerks.

Helen D'Agostino - Income Management
Helen has been with chambers since 2001 and her primary role is to ensure the efficient operation of chambers fees procedures. Any fees query for any of our practice areas are dealt with by her in the first instance. She is fully trained on and proficient in the billing of cases under the FGF (family cases) and RAGF (criminal defence) graduated fee regimes as well as more standard time-engaged bills.

Michael Keys - Diary Management
Michael joined chambers from 5 Pump Court in February 2008. His primary responsibility is the smooth operation of chambers diary management procedures. Chambers operates a "forward-planning" diary operation and Michael Key's role is to maintain a line of communication to our clients to ensure efficient diary planning which is a key aspect of our client care procedures.
