On Thursday 12th October 2023, Lara Hicks presented a talk entitled 'Popular case law all property litigators should know', at the joint Property Bar Association (PBA) and Property Litigation Association (PLA) 'South Coast Region Seminar'. 

The event was hosted by Paris Smith and included seminars, networking, and afternoon tea.

In addition to Lara's talk:

• George Woodhead of Selborne Chambers gave a talk entitled 'Lesser known CPR Part 1: Turning the Screw: Requests for Further Information, Notices to Admit Facts and Where to Pitch your Part 36'

• John Campbell of New Square Chambers gave a talk entitled 'The new fixed costs regime: what property litigators need to know'
