Tyler Smith was instructed  to represent a defendant who was charged with Stalking in a  trial at Isleworth Crown Court. 

The jury heard live evidence from the complainant, police officers, the defendant and a defence witness. Tyler succeeded in excluding a large portion of the cell site evidence the Crown hoped to rely on following a legal argument. Following their deliberations, the jury returned a  ‘Not Guilty’ verdict.
