Instruct Jerome

Introduction

Jerome has a broad civil litigation practice that includes insurance, personal injury, property, costs and financial and commercial litigation. He appears regularly in the county courts all over the country from small claims to Multi-Track matters and has recently appeared in the First Tier Tribunal Property Chamber.

He is also instructed in criminal and regulatory matters and has developed his practice in this area with motoring defence work, regulatory matters and defending local authority prosecutions.

Jerome qualified as a solicitor in 2009 before being called to the Bar in 2021 and prior to transferring he was the head of litigation at a law firm.

Jerome has undertaken a considerable amount of high value personal injury and insurance work as a solicitor having worked for both insurance companies and claimants during his years of practice. As a result of his solicitor background he has an understanding of the commercial pressures often faced by law firms and what they require from Counsel. Jerome is very much aware of the value that can be added when a barrister is instructed on a case.
