It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Lloyd-Eley KC, following a long illness.

Andrew was widely known as a top criminal silk whose distinguished practice spanned over 41 years.

Called in 1980, and taking silk in 2010, Andrew was a distinguished advocate who both defended and prosecuted the full range of criminal and regulatory offences.

He will be greatly missed by all members of chambers.
