Public Inquiries

Members of chambers have extensive experience in representing participants to public inquiries.

With a view to assisting in the inquiry’s objectives to allay public concerns over natural disasters and social scandals, members of chambers can advise those who are core participants as well as those interested, as to the process, procedure and substance of a public inquiry. Now governed by Inquiries Act 2005, inquires are designed to focus on the systemic question of what went wrong.
