Dr Tariq Mahmood will be leaving chambers to join Cox Hallett Wilkinson as Counsel in Bermuda. We wish him success in his future endeavours.

Tariq is an English qualified practicing barrister specialising in commercial litigation, chancery and arbitration.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has been appointed on numerous panels throughout the world. He has served as counsel, arbitrator and mediator conducting both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, and has conducted numerous mediations.

Tariq has over 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.  Tariq lectures frequently on dispute resolution and has been appointed a ‘Visiting Professor’ at the University of Hull and ‘Honorary Lecturer’ at the University of Keele.
