Dr S Chelvan, Head of Immigration and Public Law at 33 Bedford Row, appeared on both BBC World News The Context and BBC Radio 5 Live in order to discuss the UK-Rwanda Treaty (5th December 2023).

Dr Chelvan also appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live, where show host Nihal Arthanayake asked, "What is it, in your understanding of the law, that this treaty would have to do in order to satisfy the Supreme Court judges?"

To Chelvan's response, which can be listened to here [50m 25s], Nihal replied, "That is one of the clearest, clearest definitions and descriptions of this whole forago as some would call it, that I have heard [...] thank you very much indeed for providing that clarity to us."
