33 Bedford Row and Arbitration Place arbitrator and mediator Hon. Barry Leon wrote “International Energy Disputes: Avoiding, Resolving Them”, based on the recently released survey report on the Future-of-International-Energy-Arbitration-Survey-Report.pdf (qmul.ac.uk).

The Report focuses the state of international dispute resolution, in particular arbitration, ADR and dispute avoidance, in the energy sector, including energy transition. The article was published in 2 parts in Law360 Canada.
