33 Bedford Row and Arbitration Place Arbitrator Hon. Barry Leon will be speaking on a panel discussion on “No more Silos: Hybrid proceedings and court-annexed ADR" at the Arbitration and Investment Summit 2023, in Nassau, The Bahamas, and virtually, on Friday 27 January.

Issues they will discuss include court-annexed ADR, mandatory mediation, the pros and cons of judges as mediators, and court-facilitated arbitration. Other panelists are Yusuf Ali, Sir Dennis Byron, George Lim and Brian Speers, with moderator Tamika Pinder.
