The first topic of 33 Bedford Row’s Public Law breakfast seminar series for 2024, run by juniors within the public law team, will see Olivia Beach and Aqsa Hussain discuss if and when to make an Out of Hours judicial review application, the different ways interim relief can be approached depending on the circumstances and degree of urgency, and the sorts of evidential issues that often arise.
