33 Bedford Row is proud to sponsor the Family Law Moot at King’s College London this year.

Members of chambers judge three rounds over two days and were incredibly impressed with the standard of the advocacy of the students. Tom Gilchrist of 33 Bedford Row was one of the judges. The final round dealt with whether there should be a test or set of guidelines as to what constitutes ‘molestation’ under s.42 of the Family Law Act 1996.
