The Biennial Conference of the Canadian Branch of the International Law Association (ILA-Canada) is being presented virtually on Wednesday, May 19 and Thursday, May 20, from 10:30am – 1:45pm ET / 3:30 – 6:45 pm BST, in collaboration with Arbitration Place.

The Conference, “International Arbitration: Charting the Path Ahead”, explores two themes: Canada’s Important Contributions to ISDS and International Commercial Arbitration, and International Commercial Arbitration - Charting the Path Ahead.

The Honourable Barry Leon's keynote address is taking place on the Thursday, and it is titled “Considerations for the Future of Commercial Arbitration in Canada”.
