(12 October) Dr Chelvan, provided training to over 100 EU Refugee Judges as part of an expert panel of three experts who spoke on “Evidence and Credibility Assessment based on Sexual-Orientation and Gender Identity or Expression”. The on-line two hour seminar is part of the EU Asylum Agency’s training program, and included on the three-member panel  Marie de Hemicourt, Judge at the Aliens Litigation Council (CCE, Belgium), and Jon Stanley, Advisory Counsel, Office of the Attorney General, Ireland.
