Gul Nawaz Hussain KC secured a not guilty verdict after a second hung jury in a manslaughter retrial. 

The prosecution in turn offered no evidence against the 3 men at Sheffield Crown Court. 

Naz represented the alleged gunman who it was said, together with his two co defendants, attempted to rob a delivery van at gunpoint. During the alleged armed robbery the delivery driver ran over and crushed the head of his own colleague. 

The investigation and three trials spanned a total of four years.
