Jamil Mohammed, UK Pegasus Scholarship 2021 recipient, welcomes to chambers the holders of 2025 United States Temple Bar Scholarships and Pegasus Scholarships.
The objective being to have an open discussion sharing anecdotes, experiences relating to our shared common law heritage and ethical standards, as well as discussing the visions for the future of the profession generally.
The Temple Bar Scholars included those who have provided clerking duties, legal research and support for a number of Supreme Court and Appellate Court Judges. The Pegasus scholars are all gifted advocates with outstanding CV’s who have been selected to take part in this highly prestigious exchange of talent.
Jamil - [when speaking about the event] “Last year, the year before, the year before that and the year before that I expressed the importance of welcoming the exchanged learning between our foreign counterparts, this year I quintuple down on it… We take these opportunities to learn from the past, collaborate in the present, whilst propel towards the future”.
