On 18 October 2023, at City of London Magistrates Court, Olivia represented Simon Parry who was charged with impersonating a police officer and stalking Sir Gavin Williamson MP, the former Education Secretary. Sir Gavin Williamson MP attended court to give evidence in this trial.

Olivia succeeded on a submission of no case to answer in respect of the impersonating a police officer charge.

Mr Parry was found guilty of the stalking charge and will be sentenced at Westminster Magistrates Court in due course.
