Rayan Qadri secures a unanimous conviction whilst prosecuting a defendant charged with Dangerous Driving at Oxford Crown Court. 

The case involved witness handling of the aggrieved cyclist who had been run over, an independent third witness and cross-examination of the defendant, alongside presentation of multiple video and photo exhibits of the scene of the collision and the cyclist's injuries. In cross-examination, the defendant admitted inconsistencies between his live evidence and police interview.
