To celebrate International Women's Day on 8 March, the British Nigeria Law Forum held an event with the theme 'Women in Leadership: Strategies for Success'. The event heard talks from: 

• Sue Millar – Partner, Stephenson Harwood LLP;
• Anesta Weekes QC – Queen’s Counsel at 33 Bedford Row;
• Boma Ayomide Alabi OON – Founding Partner Primera Africa & Former President of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association;
• Stella Okuzu – Head of Personal & Business Banking, FCMB Bank (UK) Limited.
