Haydee’s extensive practice spans high-stakes litigation before the International Criminal Court; including pivotal work on the situation in Afghanistan and the PS752 shoot-down, as well as robust advocacy before international human rights bodies, where she has successfully challenged arbitrary detention and state-sanctioned abuses worldwide. This diverse portfolio, ranging from the defense of high-profile figures to the representation of victims of mass atrocities, highlights her standing as a leading advocate for global justice and accountability.
