Tyler Smith was instructed privately to represent a defendant in a trial at Aylesbury Crown Court who was charged with Assaulting an Emergency Worker, namely a police officer.

The jury heard live evidence from the police officer and despite admitted evidence of the defendant’s previous convictions for several offences of the same kind, the jury returned a unanimous ‘Not Guilty’ verdict. The result is reflective of Tyler’s robust skills of cross examination and persuasive speech as the jury did not hear evidence from the defendant.

Tyler was instructed by Remus Cozma of Lewis Nedas Law Solciitors who had the following to say “Tyler has done a brilliant job in representing the defendant in this case, her tenacity and skills are evident in the achieved result”.
