Introduction

Emma is a passionate advocate with a manner that appeals to juries, the Judiciary and her lay clients. She provides a dedicated and approach­able man­ner that enables clients to feel at ease. Emma is regularly instructed across the board both for the prosecution and defence. She has extensive experience of all violence and dishonesty offences, from domestic violence to grave wounding and child neglect, robbery and benefit fraud. She has regularly appeared in serious drugs cases, including high-value cultivation and supply. She has experience of dealing with vulnerable victims and witnesses. Emma is acutely aware of the demands and meticulous care required by such cases both in preparation and presentation in Court and can use her extensive experience to the benefit of her clients.
